Our service in Érd is to repair and build screw compressors and hydraulic systems. If required, the maintenance of the compressor systems can also be performed with a service car throughout the country.

We undertake the maintenance of various types of compressors with factory oils and filter inserts. We service GHH-Rand CG80 and CS80 as well as CS750 and CS1200 direct cardan drive models, Drum XK-12 and Drum XK-18 compressors and CVS Bulkline V-belt systems.

GHH-Rand refurbished compressors

From the CG80 and CS80 models manufactured by GHH-Rand for decades, our company is constantly maintaining factory refurbished parts in order to provide an immediate replacement in the event of a failure of a large number of GHH screw compressors on the market.

The compressors, refurbished by GHH-Rand's German plant, always receive a new pair of rotors, bearings, shims and labyrinth rings, so the carrier buys reliable quality.

GHH CG80REP

The GHH-Rand CG80 has a maximum delivery capacity of 540 m³ / h. It should be noted that the mandatory speed range of the CG80 is narrow, only 3,000. It can be rotated in the range of 3,600 rpm. It has a maximum capacity of 2.5 bar and an oil filling capacity of 10 liters. For the long-term operational safety of the compressor, it is recommended to use GHH SIlol compressor oil, which must be changed annually or every 500 operating hours.

GHH CS80REP

The GHH-Rand CS80 has a maximum delivery capacity of 700 m³ / h. Consider that the CS80 compressor is 1,000? It must be operated in the range of 2,000 rpm. It has a maximum capacity of 2.5 bar and an oil filling capacity of 10 liters. For the long-term operational safety of the compressor, it is recommended to use GHH SIlol compressor oil, which must be changed annually or every 500 operating hours.

When purchasing a factory refurbished compressor, it is necessary to provide the damaged replacement compressor, which will be returned to the GHH-Rand factory in all cases.

We often report Dum XK-18 refrigerated screw compressors that have worked in international silo dump truck work for 5-6 years. As these compressors are typically emptied twice a week, they have a total of as many operating hours as feed compressors in half a year.

Thus, the included Dum XK-18 refrigerated compressors with a capacity of 2.2 bar and an air delivery capacity of 1,000 m³ / h are installed on feed truck where Welgro units equipped with Gardner-Denver Cycloblower compressors can be replaced.

The advantage of equipped screw compressors is that the gearboxes are not greased and are equipped with more efficient Donaldson filters than Welgro coconut filter compressors.

A rotary pipe connection similar to the Welgro system is assembled from stainless steel fittings and grease-free pivots, making the compressor system driver-friendly and maintenance-free.

Reassembly of tank superstructures

We undertake the retrofitting of used Feldbinder and Spitzer tank superstructures to new chassis. The retrofitting includes the production of a new subframe, the retrofitting of the compressor, the refurbishment and replacement of tank components, the painting of the superstructure and the acquisition of marketing authorizations. When renovating the superstructure, we only install factory Spitzer and Feldbinder fittings (locks, pins, gauges, etc.) for durability.
